Job Description

The role
 will be varied but you can expect approximately 16-20 weeks of the year delivering overseas training for the customer as the contract progresses.
The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for:
Developing high quality training material as directed by the customer’s Training Needs Analysis, to meet the overarching requirements needed for instant frontline impact.
Training, coaching and mentoring current serving Belgian Défense personnel to become fully competent and capable Aircrew, who can transition directly to frontline ISR operations.
Operating as part of a joint Trials and Training Team to ensure Belgian Défense personnel plan and execute an effective ITEAP and generate the requisite reports in collaboration with Belgian Défense counterparts.
