Investor Services Associate

• Job Summary:
• Assisting Certified UITF Sales Personnels (CUSPs) to onboard potential clients
• assisting onboarded clients with their financial and non-financial related transactions and queries in a timely manner
• Help grow the SLIMTC UITF sales by developing relationship with the SLOCPI agency distribution team and the Certified UITF Sales Personnel (CUSP) financial advisors

Responsibilities:

• Conducts sales oversight on Advisor led UITF sales and coordinates internally for other trust product/client referrals

a. Ensure complete KYC and documentation for Advisor led UITF sales

b. Conduct sales verification and pre-booking all advisor led UITF sales, when necessary

c. Ensures that the end-to-end booking process and documentation involving CUSP UITF sales are followed

d. Liaises with SLIMTC Fund Operations to ensure CUSP UITF sales bookings and redemptions are complet...
