The Investor Relations function combines expertise in finance, communications, capital markets, and corporate strategy to manage the flow of information between the Company and the financial community. The department serves as a key communication channel between management and investors, analysts, regulators, shareholders, and financial media.

The IR function is responsible for communicating the Company's financial performance, strategic direction, growth prospects, and investment proposition to the market, while providing management with insights regarding investor sentiment, market perception, peer developments, and capital market trends.
