Investor Relations Associate

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective investors
• Manage investor queries, updates, relationship tracking, and follow-ups
• Collaborate with founders and Investment Bankers (IBs) on fundraising strategy and execution
• Coordinate investor outreach, meetings, and communication processes
• Prepare and maintain pitch decks, investor presentations, and periodic updates
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity in investor communication
• Manage data room preparation, documentation, and due diligence requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams and IBs to ensure smooth diligence and transaction processes
• Track deal pipelines, investor conversations, timelines, and execution progress
• Ensure seamless coordination among founders, IBs, and investor stakeholders
