The firm is a leading player in the private markets ecosystem, working closely with high-quality investment managers across both established and emerging markets. They advise on a wide range of initiatives, including primary capital raises, secondary solutions, and direct transactions, with a particular focus on private equity and venture capital.

Support deal leaders across all aspects of deal management, including:
