Investor Relation Manager

Position Summary The Investor Relations Manager will be the primary liaison between TAC InfoSec and the global investment community. This role is critical in maintaining strong relationships with current stakeholders and actively engaging new investors to support the company's fundraising and strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in venture capital, investment banking, and capital markets, particularly in high-growth and/or publicly listed companies. Key Responsibilities Investor Relationship Management Maintain proactive, consistent, and transparent communication with existing investors. Organize investor meetings, roadshows, and update calls.
