This critical leadership role is designed to bridge our operations in India and the United States, ensuring the two offices function as a single, seamless global unit

The successful candidate will oversee the India Private Investments team which will be responsible for all aspects of Commercial Real Estate (CRE) loan underwriting, modelling, and investment committee memo preparation. Beyond technical excellence, we are looking for a culture carrie r—a leader who will champion AI adoption, drive process innovation, and foster a collaborative environment that transcends time zones
