Investment & Project Management Associate / Senior Associate

Key Responsibilities Project Management Manage and coordinate large-scale real estate or industrial manufacturing projects from planning through execution and completion. Ensure projects are delivered in line with scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards . Investment & Deal Advisory Provide advisory support on investment deals, including feasibility studies, financial evaluations, and risk assessments , to support managements strategic decisions. Financial Analysis & Modeling Review and analyze financial statements and project financial models to assess performance, investment viability, and potential improvement areas. Stakeholder Management Work closely with clients, contractors, regulators, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
