We are looking for an investment funds lawyer with experience establishing private funds and negotiating related documentation to join our Structuring Solutions team, based in Partners Group’s Broomfield office. This individual would contribute to a wide variety of client offerings, focusing on commingled funds, funds-of-one, evergreen private funds and other products for our clients in the Americas. Partners Group’s Structuring Solutions team is responsible for developing highly innovative investment structures for institutional and private investors globally. At Partners Group, the Structuring Solutions team plays a pivotal role in fund strategy and development, client negotiations and ongoing servicing and maintenance. Structuring Solutions team members work closely with the firm’s client relations, investment and operations teams, as well as directly with investors, to deliver market-leading private markets product solutions.
