Investment Compliance Manager

Toronto (Hybrid) | 5-8 years

We are working with a leading global investment firm, to identify an experienced Investment Compliance professional to join their high-performing regional team. The successful candidate will play a key role in setting up and amending IMAs/PDSs, conducting periodic rule reviews, and supporting operational due diligence efforts, as well as preparing regular compliance reports. The ideal superstar has 5+ years of investment compliance or mandate monitoring experience within the funds management industry, a strong understanding of derivatives, and a solid grasp of evolving regulatory frameworks.
