Role Overview

The Investment Associate will play a key role in evaluating investment opportunities, supporting M&A activities, and building robust financial models for internal projects, partnerships, and external transactions. The role requires strong financial modelling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed financial models for investment opportunities, including DCF, scenario, and sensitivity analyses;


• Evaluate potential M&A, licensing, and partnership opportunities within the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors;


• Support due diligence processes, including financial, operational, and market analysis;


• Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and recommendations for senior management and investment committees;
