Investment Analyst - Real Estate

Job Description Our client, a real estate investment firm, has an exciting opening for a finance professional to join their team. The Analyst will focus on origination, underwriting and executing transactions while also supporting the management of the existing portfolio. Key responsibilities will include: Contributing to deal origination, market analysis and developing detailed financial models to support investment decisions. Supporting the execution of transactions by engaging with external stakeholders (legal, tax, valuation and technical). Performing ongoing analysis of the existing portfolio, monitoring and forecasting investment performance to guide strategic planning.
