Investigator Site Payment Analyst

Working modality: full time, home based in Brazil. Sponsor-dedicated.

The Site Payments Analyst will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payments to clinical trial sites.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Payment Management – Execute the full investigator/site payment process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Stakeholder Support – Act as the primary point of contact for study teams and partners regarding payment-related queries and issue resolution.
• System & Data Management – Maintain purchase orders, requisitions, and payment records in CTMS and other local systems.
• Compliance & Issue Resolution – Handle invoice requests, mismatches, and rectify failed payments to avoid disruptions.

Mandatory Requirements
