Responsibilities At the full performance level, you will independently plan and conduct complex investigations and/or financial examinations relating to health care fraud civil actions and participate in investigative activities with Federal, State, and local officials. Typical work assignments will include (but are not limited to): Work with the assigned attorneys to determine applicable administrative statutory and regulatory law and identify possible violations or causes of action. Compile documents and physical evidence, and creation of charts, graphs, videotapes, and other audio-visual materials for use in motions and at trial.
