Inventory Unit

Job Description:

• Prepare and maintain records and statistical data for Delivery Orders (DO) and Outbound Orders.
• Enter Delivery Order data into the CSM Service One system accurately and in a timely manner.
• Manage and maintain equipment/unit certificate records and related documentation.
• Assist in conducting equipment and unit inventory stock takes (stock opname) to ensure inventory accuracy.

Qualification:

• Minimum SMA/SMK or Diploma (D3) in a related field.
• At least 2 yaear of experience in warehouse administration, inventory control, or logistics; experience in the heavy equipment industry is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with inventory or ERP systems.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain accurate records.
• Willing to work overtime and follow company procedures.
