**Job Description**

+ This role oversees inventory operations across multiple sites, leading Inventory Coordinators to ensure accurate stock levels, efficient material flow, and effective use of storage space
+ The Inventory Supervisor manages cycle counting, physical inventory processes, and staff training to support reliable, timely, and accurate inventory data for production and warehouse operations

**Job Responsibilities**

+ Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counting, detailed root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions
+ Manage and oversee physical inventory counts at multiple sites throughout the year, ensuring timely reconciliation and resolution of discrepancies
+ Lead and support Inventory Coordinators at multiple locations, providing clear direction, guidance, and performance feedback
