Inventory Planning Executive

This position plays a key role in collaborating with all supply chain stakeholders within VRAS and VW HQ to maintain optimal inventory levels and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). The successful candidate will coordinate closely with the warehouse team to ensure smooth inbound operations and drive continuous improvements and automation initiatives using digital tools such as Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps to enhance operational efficiency.

• Evaluate IDIS Purchase Requisitions daily and manage the ordering of car parts, workshop equipment to ensure timely procurement.
• Optimize inventory levels across the regional depot to achieve targeted service levels while minimizing excess and obsolete stock, with minimized operational cost.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders within VRAS and VW HQ to ensure reliable supply, optimize procurement cost, improve delivery lead time, and support long term supply chain stability. ...
