Inventory Planning Associate

Responsible for all sales activities and sales associate job duties, including greeting customers, answering questions, offering assistance, suggesting items, lending opinions and providing product information.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills; keep the selling floor stocked with merchandise; assist in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.
• Apply knowledge of Globe products, services, and related processes and policies to effectively support Customer Experience Ambassadors, Sales and Service Specialists, and Cashiers in fulfilling customer requests and resolving issues.
• Answer queries of customers (whether external or internal) about Globe products, promos, and/or processes.
• Update the team on the status of inventory items.
