Responsible for the daily operations of the inventory control team. This role includes managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate records, coordinating with other departments, logistics and meet organizational goals.
Inventory Management Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Create order plan and issue purchase order to group companies. Master management - Maintain and ensure master cost and products are up to date.
Logistics Operations Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for all logistics activities. Manage and optimize logistics processes. Track and ensure shipment arrives on time.
Coordination and Communication Collaborate and communicate with other departments (e.g., Sales, external warehouse) to ensure smooth operations. Address and resolve inventory discrepancies or logistics issue in a timely manne...
