Inventory Coordinator

Location:
Bukit Raja, Klang, Selangor.

Working hours:
9 am to 6 pm (Monday-Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage car and car inventory, keys, and related docs.
2. Ensure all cars are stored properly and handled safely.
3. Maintain the bonded warehouse in full compliance with Miti and Customs rules.
4. Keep a clean, safe, and professional bonded warehouse environment.
5. Update inventory systems and logbooks before releasing cars and keys.
6. Report any discrepancies, damages, or compliance issues immediately to management.
7. Coordinate with Operations, Forwarding Agents, and authorities.

Requirements / Skills:

1. 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in car storekeeping, inventory, or logistics.
2. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
3. Knowledge of Miti and Customs regulations (preferred).
4. Good organisational and record-keeping skills.
