Inventory Control Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Manage cycle counting and inventory record accuracy

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies

Supervise warehouse audits and ensure compliance

Oversee returns processing and damage monitoring

Prepare inventory and operational performance reports

Ensure smooth coordination of inventory systems and warehouse operations



Qualifications:

Graduate of any Business-related course

At least 3 years of supervisory experience in Warehouse and Inventory Management, preferably from an FMCG industry

Knowledgeable in SAP and inventory management systems

Strong background in inventory control, audit supervision, discrepancy resolution, and warehouse operations

Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented

Willing to work in Marilao, Bulacan
