Inventory Control Specialist

Responsibilities

• Collect and Analyze Supply Chain Data
• Gather data on inventory, demand, and supply processes; scrutinize it to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
• Maintain Inventory Procedures and Master Data Integrity
• Oversee ERP input accuracy, ensure consistent MATCODE/designation handling, and maintain trackers for netting, return, disposal, and aging items.
• Generate and Update Reports and Dashboards
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports ranging from SKU-level insights and PR releases to netting and disposition status while ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
• Work with SCM staff, Engineering, Logistics, and vendors to align on demand forecasts, inspection outcomes, pullout schedules, and root cause resolutions.
