Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Inventory Control Manager to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.  

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Inventory Control Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operation of our Zone 1 Hotel stores. This hands‑on role is responsible for the efficient ordering, receiving, issuing, transferring and control of food, beverage, maintenance and general consumables across the zone.

Working closely with the Executive Chef, Food & Beverage teams and key stakeholders, you will ensure accurate inventory control, correct cost centre transfers, and strong stock rotation and storage practices to support operational and cost objectives.
