Job Description :

Report to: Operation Manager

1. Responsibility for maintaining Inventory System.
• Received and check all the report from off-loading and loading before it is entered into the system to avoid mistake.
• Received Daily Production Report from Mill. Overall check for detail. Pass it to the staff to make summary report by excel file then review again before entering into the system.
• Cross check Production report from the system with document to make sure there is no data mistake in the system (This will be done after system updated).
• Overall checking Production report after the batch has been closed (Check comparison btw in-Store & Input, Input & Outturn, Analysis the report and raising up if there is any issue.)
• Problem solving when stock transfer from upcountry location.

2. Responsibility of guiding and training the team.
