Inventory Control Clerk

Overview Apex Industries is currently recruiting for an Inventory Control Clerk to join our Product Development and Automation Group.

Reporting to the Procurement and Inventory Lead this role is critical to maintaining build efficiency, inventory accuracy, and smooth day-to-day operations.

Core Responsibilities Inventory Management & Cycle Counts Maintain accurate inventory levels for mechanical, electrical, and optical components used in machine assembly.

Perform regular cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and support corrective actions to maintain inventory accuracy.

Track stock levels and proactively identify shortages or overages.

Ensure materials are properly labeled, stored, and organized according to established standards.

Kitting & Material Support Prepare and kit parts, hardware, and consumables for machine assemblies and subassemblies based on BOMs and work orders.
