As a Replenishment Manager, you will support inventory management and uphold merchandising standards in retail operations. Your role involves collaborating with the Store Manager, managing truck processes, executing planograms, and driving KPIs for team success. Leading Omni channel processes and enhancing the overall shopping experience are also key focuses.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and laws
• Oversee truck processes and team performance
• Execute and support planogram and AD set processes
• Serve as Manager on Duty, maintaining store standards
• Assist in training and developing new team members
Requirements:
• Previous retail merchandising experience preferred
