Inventory Analyst

+ Monitor and reconcile inventory of materials and products imported/exported under IMMEX, ensuring alignment with customs and internal records (Anexo 24)
+ Prepare, review, and maintain documentation for customs and IMMEX reporting, including pedimentos, inventory reports, and reconciliation statements.
+ Conduct periodic physical inventory paired up with Materials team.
+ Support internal and external audits by providing inventory-related information and documentation.
+ Assist the IMMEX Coordinator and Supervisor in preparing inventory reports for SAT and Secretaría de Economía.
+ Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure accurate tracking of inventory movements.
+ Identify and implement process improvements for inventory management and compliance.
+ Monitor changes affecting inventory management under IMMEX and update procedures as needed.
