Inventory Analyst (Isla Guadalupe)

Position Summary

Responsible for maintaining control over the volume of raw material parts in process and finished products, to ensure pre-determined stock levels. Coordinate cyclical recounting of materials and conciliation of actual inventories vs system records.

Duties

• Responsible for the control and distribution of service part orders and their timely entry to the computer system.
• Responsible for the input, coordination and maintenance of MRB vendor drop inventory / lists on the Oracle and AS-400 systems.
• Responsible of the basic functions of the nonproductive warehouse such as the cyclical inventories, shortages, parameters of the system, max‑min, safety stock, etc.
• Generate requisitions on system, incorporation from new products to nonproductive warehouse, realize graphics and measurable to have under control de operation.
• Administers the capital equipment returned goods program using Oracle and AS-400 system...
