INTL- Lead Full Stack Developer

Job Description
We are partnering with a rapidly growing fintech company to build a dedicated sprint team focused on completing a Spanish internationalization initiative across their application platform. The work authorization is not specified and the pay range is between $26-30/hr

This Lead Developer will own delivery of the project end-to-end, guiding a small pod of engineers to complete backend-heavy tokenization work, integrate Spanish translations, and support rollout to production.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of 2 developers to execute ~20 remaining dev sprints of tokenization and translation integration work
Drive project delivery from kickoff through production release (alpha → full rollout)
Oversee:
Backend-heavy tokenization and templating work
Integration of translated content into JSON/config systems
Coordination with internal teams (product, compliance, translation provider)
