What you’ll do

Conduct technical interviews with software developers using a structured, bias-free platform

Assess candidates’ coding skills, technical knowledge, communication, and problem-solving approach

Provide clear, objective written feedback on each candidate’s performance

Help refine interview content and processes over time

What we’re looking for
