- Assist in building and improving web applications and mobile applications for Learning & Development and sales use cases.
- Support the design, development, testing, and deployment of digital tools, prototypes, and minimum viable products.
- Experiment with AI-assisted coding tools and vibe coding methods to speed up development and problem-solving.
- Work with the team to understand user needs and translate them into simple, functional app features.
- Assist in integrating AI features, automation workflows, or productivity tools where relevant.
- Troubleshoot bugs, test application performance, and suggest improvements.
- Document development work, technical decisions, and user guides where needed.
- Collaborate remotely with the team through online meetings, task updates, and shared project tools.
- Support research on new technologies, platforms, and AI tools that can improve L&D and sales solutions.
