Internship: Purchasing

**THE INTERNSHIP**

In this internship you will join the Purchasing team of Boehringer Ingelheim Italy supporting the Senior Sourcing Manager with the activities in compliance with the Company procedures, and in accordance with the Global Purchasing prescriptions.

**Tasks & what you will be learning:**

+ Supplier onboarding & validation: support the supplier validation process and master data set-up in SAP-related tools (supplier registration, documentation checks, data completeness).
+ Support to sourcing events / tenders: assist in the preparation and management of online tenders (RFx), working on service categories such as creative and PR/communication agencies, consulting services and medical-related services, from set-up to final tabulation, ensuring alignment with company procedures.
