Job Description

Role Overview
The Admin Intern will support the day-to-day administrative and operational tasks at Kiddocare. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in administration, HR support, and operations within a fast-paced childcare and tech-enabled services company.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, document filing, and record maintenance
Support HR and operations teams with onboarding documentation and employee records
Assist in preparing reports, trackers, and basic spreadsheets
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications where required
Handle simple correspondence, emails, and follow-ups
Support ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as assigned
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field
