<![[<div><h1>Aufgaben:</h1>The HOC is the central control unit for LH flight operations in Munich. This is where traffic and passenger control management for all flights to and from Munich takes place.
Evaluation and monitoring of operational key figures of performance management to ensure successful flight operations at the MUC hub, for example with Excel or Celonis
Further development and support of processes, dashboards and performance dialogs
Support in various ad-hoc projects on the topics of traffic control and passenger connectivity
Assistance in updating and creating process descriptions, briefing documents and manuals
Administrative support in the day-to-day operations of Hub and Operations Control
Preparation and implementation of events, workshops and visitor tours
