Reporting To: HR Manager
Job Summary
The Human Resources Intern will support daily HR operations and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee records management, training coordination, and general HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist in training coordination, attendance tracking, and documentation
- Support preparation of HR letters, memos, and reports
- Assist with payroll preparation and claims documentation (where applicable)
- Handle general HR administrative tasks and filing
- Support HR initiatives and projects as assigned
