Internship For Quantity Surveyor

Requirement

• Education minimum SPM or equivalent (higher education is a bonus).
• Fresh graduate also welcome to apply.
• Proficient in English and Malay.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic.
• Malaysians preferred.

Responsibility

• Review of tender strategy.
• Attend tender interviews to represent company for short‑listed projects.
• Ensure quotations and tender bids are executed on time and within the specifications set by the company.
• Monitoring and verifying monthly work done and progress claim and assist in monthly projection cash flow.
• To produce monthly cost reports.
• To be able to take a cost lead role, interfacing with the client and other consultants.
