Job Description

What you will do
As a Customer Service Intern you will:
Simplify the process of tracking service engineers' planning,

Automate routine activities as much as possible

Create controls for KPIs linked to the team's process.

We believe you have

Bachelor Studies in progress: Industrial Engineering, Robotics, Automation, Systems Engineering, Data Science, Actuarial Science, or any other related field

Desired Skills/Knowledge: 
Microsoft Office (Excel- Intermediate)

Power BI and Programming Desirable

Intermediate English – Can hold basic conversations and has strong reading and writing skills.

Proactive approach, strong verbal communication skills, and a high ability to convey information clearly and effectively.

Availability for the Program: August 03 to July 05, 2027.
