What you will do

As a Customer Service Intern you will:

  • Simplify the process of tracking service engineers' planning,

  • Automate routine activities as much as possible

  • Create controls for KPIs linked to the team's process.

  • We believe you have


    Bachelor Studies in progress: Industrial Engineering, Robotics, Automation, Systems Engineering, Data Science, Actuarial Science, or any other related field


    Desired Skills/Knowledge: 

  • Microsoft Office (Excel- Intermediate)

  • Power BI and Programming Desirable

  • Intermediate English – Can hold basic conversations and has strong reading and writing skills.

  • Proactive approach, strong verbal communication skills, and a high ability to convey information clearly and effectively.

  • Availability for the Program: August 03 to July 05, 2027.
