Internship Administrator Assistant

• Day-to-day tasks required to get goods out the door and handle any immediate delivery issues.
• Fleet & Maintenance Management
• Handle work in Department Logistic
• Other Ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

• Checking delivery by the driver to the customer.
• Verify the physical stock count matches the delivery documents before it goes onto the vehicle.
• Managing items that couldn't be delivered, logging the reason (e.g., customer not home, wrong address), and processing the returned stock.
• Keeping company delivery vehicles safe, legal, and running efficiently on the road.
