Your main responsibilities:
Interact with audit teams to obtain the necessary information for the external confirmation process;
Select third parties to confirm balances and transactions;
Carry out balance confirmation requests;
Analyze and document the responses obtained;
Contact clients to perform balance reconciliations and their subsequent analysis and documentation;
Validate information sources;
Handle mail;
Prepare the “Delivery Package” for the audit teams.
