We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Operations to lead a 4PL operation under a Control Tower model, ensuring end-to-end orchestration across international supply chain and customs processes.
Your Mission:
Lead the full 4PL operation while ensuring:
Contractual KPI compliance
Cost-to-serve optimization
P&L management
Operational excellence across international logistics & customs
Margin protection and financial performance
You will act as the key operational and tactical point of contact for the client, driving performance, governance, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For:
• 8+ years of experience in international Supply Chain
• Proven experience in 4PL / Control Tower models
• Corporate account management (high-volume operations)
• Strong P&L ownership experience
