International Site Supervisor

• Ensure adherence to defined guidelines, processes, and procedures for all site operations assigned to you.
• Oversee site administration, ensuring all activities are completed on schedule, at the required quality level, and within budget.
• Represent the site in all decision-making committees of the project, liaising with management, the customer, and the team.
• Coordinate contractors before and during the execution of work, ensuring alignment and smooth operations.
• Assess risks and opportunities at the construction site, considering economic, organizational, and contractual aspects.
• Monitor compliance with standards, regulations, laws, quality, and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines.
• Lead a team of qualified employees, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to project goals.
