International Platform Readiness Manager

**About this role:**

Wells Fargo is seeking a Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) International Platforms Readiness Manager to oversee the end-to-end readiness of international platform development. This role manages a team of skilled individual contributors that are responsible for testing coordination and execution, as well as initiative tracking and reporting. Strong people management, leadership and collaboration, Agile execution, and experience in international payments are key to success.

**In this role, you will:**

+ Manage and develop a team of individual contributors
+ Consult, develop, market, and manage performance analysis for platforms that have high impact on companywide growth opportunities and success
+ Determine appropriate strategy and actions of product management team to meet moderate to high risk deliverables
+ Collaborate and consult with product managers, analysts and multiple level managers
+ Interact directly with vendors
