Your responsibilities

• Managing administration for the whole life cycle of employees (hiring requests, contracts, employee letters, conflict resolution, performance issues, departure etc.), follow up with local agencies, Quality documents and Checklists.
• Continuously analyze and propose efficient working processes. Update current documentation, checklists and modernize international presentation, promotion activities, etc.
• Managing the recruitment process, this includes writing and publishing job advertisements, pre-selecting candidates, gathering references, establishing offer letter, lead interviews, and follow up on responding to received application...
