Location: Jaipur
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year (Customer Support/BPO)
Work Mode: Work From Office / Work From Home (as per business requirement)

We are looking for Thai-speaking Customer Support Specialists who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and providing support to international customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via Voice, Email, and Chat .
Resolve customer issues while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Meet performance metrics such as AHT, FCR, and CSAT .
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when required.
Required Skills:
C1 Level proficiency in Thai (written and spoken) is mandatory.
