**Job Description:**
The inside sales role is suitable for self-motivated and goal oriented individuals that will be responsible for handling inbound leads and performing outbound calls, generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing customers. As a Customer Service Representative, the individual will be the frontline of the company addressing inquiries and maintain customer satisfaction.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES**
+ Following up on leads to nurture prospects through sales pipeline
+ Outbound calls and responding to inbound inquires
+ Ensuring proper follow through on company policies and processes
