International Academic Programs and Initiatives Summer Camp: Basics of Chemistry

DutiesDemonstrators will guide large groups of international students through exercises in both the field and teaching labs. Demonstrators will guide groups of students to Highland Creek where they will ensure students are able to safely navigate down to the creek water to obtain water samples. Demonstrators will offer pre-lab talks, which include overview of safety precautions and experimental/theoretical details. Demonstrators will work alongside students to ensure experiments are conducted safely.Please note that this posting is for the International Academic Programs and Initiatives Summer Camp programming on July 9, July 28, and August 6th, 2026. . Minimum Qualifications Candidates must be a part of the chemistry program and have completed at least A- and B-level chemistry courses.
