Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support to company employees for hardware, software, networking, and peripheral device issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Troubleshoot user issues related to operating systems, application software, email, and network connectivity.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls through internal systems.
