• 2. Handling of SAP Service Module for Service Administration work.a. Oversee the execution of service order processes from order entry to deliveryb. Act as a liaison between internal teams and external customers/suppliersc. Have the overall internal and external responsibility for handling assigned service orders, including escalation, reporting, and commercial billingd. Support standard import and export procedures

• 4. Service Spare Order E2E Process which includes the following task:a. Performing Spare Ordering and Returningb. Managing Spare Part Inventoryc.
