Job Description :

Responsible for planning training courses to improve the quality of PG & sales teams in the company.  Plan role-play, audit reevaluate the knowledge learned in stages & by region to faster upskill & knowledge for sales team.  Direct training & random checking to evaluate PG of agency in activity campaign.  Organization Combine with CVS, chain store systems, perform additional training to improve Rohto's knowledge. Planning budget for training PG & Team lead by quarterly, annually.  Training plan, in collaboration with departments to implement the Company's training activities.  Managing and developing training curriculum in accordance with staff needs.  Directly involved in teaching selling skills & product knowledge.  Proposing appropriate training programs to improve practical working skills for staff.  Combining short-term training centers to organize training to improve skills for the management team.  Monitoring, checking, evaluating...
