Internal Sales Support

GoodWe is seeking an Internal Sales Support professional to expand and strengthen relationships with solar retail distributors and EPCs throughout South America. This role will support the direct manager with key administrative and sales support activities and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and sales orders accurately and on time.
• Update and maintain CRM with customer information, opportunities, and deal status.
• Generate sales reports and performance analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Support the expansion and strengthening of relationships with solar distributors and EPCs in South America.
• Follow up on quotation opportunities to convert them into confirmed orders.
• Ensure clear and effective communication with customers and partners.
• Work closely with pre-sales, after-sales, and marketing teams.
